Why We Created This Platform

As parents, every time our child joined a new sports team, we had to fill out a paper form with their contact details and emergency contacts. Once handed over, we had no idea where this information was stored, how secure it was, or how to update it when things changed.

We built this platform to make contact management simple, secure, and accessible, so parents and clubs can stay connected without relying on outdated paperwork.

Every season, parents are required to fill out emergency contact forms for their child’s sports team. These forms are often misplaced, damaged, or become outdated without an easy way to update them.

Once the form is submitted, parents have no way to track where their data is stored or who has access to it. Need to update a phone number? You’ll likely have to fill out another form next season.
